Srushti, Who?

Srushti Kulkarni is a seasoned service designer employed within the provincial government. With a background as a TEDx Speaker and a Master's degree holder in Design, she brings over four years of expertise in crafting design solutions for healthcare, social, and consumer products and services. She is a passionate researcher, facilitator and a strong proponent of empathetic human-directed design.

She has always been intrigued by how technology and research can come together to help people receive the best service experience in every walk of life. She is passionate about the convergence of technology and research to optimize service experiences across various services. Her TEDx talk offered insights garnered from her research and findings in eldercare and the interplay between senior communities and care technologies.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Srushti is committed to nurturing the next generation of designers and providing mentorship to aspiring students. Presently, she is broadening her practice through design consultation and workshop facilitation within the design community, promoting the value of a design-centric ethos in enhancing service delivery.
